Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Finally Sorted (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Subscription and billing

Finally Sorted is offered as a subscription at the price displayed at checkout (currently $4.99/month) after a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you add to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for the content you store and must have the right to upload it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service;
• Use the Service to store regulated data we are not designed for (e.g. PHI under HIPAA, payment card data).

6. Reminders and notifications

The Service can send maintenance reminders based on dates you configure. Reminders are provided on a best-effort basis. You are responsible for acting on them; we are not liable for missed maintenance, expirations, or related damages.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. On termination, you can export your data for 30 days before it is deleted.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finally Sorted's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms. We will give reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
